A stirring solution of 24-4 (500 mg, 1.0 mmol), morpholine (437 gL, 5.0 mmol), and DMF (5 mL) was heated at 80° C. for 20 hours. The cooled reaction mixture was diluted with EtOAc and then washed with H2O and brine, dried (MgSO4) and concentrated. Flash chromatography (silica, EtOAc) gave 24-5 as a yellow solid. TLC Rf 0.14 (silica, EtOAc);
