A solution of 3,5-dichloropyrazine-2-carbonitrile (102 mg, 0.586 mmol), (1R,2R)-3,3-difluorocyclohexane-1,2-diamine dihydrochloride (132 mg, 0.591 mmol) and DIEA (0.400 mL, 2.30 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was stirred at room temperature for 20 h. Water and EtOAc were added. Organic phase was separated, washed with water, dried over Na2SO4, concentrated in vacuo to give 5-((1R,2R)-2-amino-3,3-difluorocyclohexylamino)-3-chloropyrazine-2-carbonitrile (153 mg).
