To a solution of 4-(2-fluoro-4-nitrophenoxy)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-6-ol (55 mg, 0.18 mmol), 2-morpholinoethanol (47 mg, 0.36 mmol), and polymer-bound PPh3 (3.0 mmol/g, 167 mg, 0.50 mmol) in 1 mL of THF at room temperature was added DIAD (72 mg, 0.36 mmol). The mixture was stirred for 1 h and HPLC analysis indicated most of the starting material disappeared. The polymer was filtered off through Celite® and the filtrate was concentrated and purified by preparative HPLC to afford the title compound (50 mg, 67%). MS(ESI+) m/z 418.2 (M+H)+.
