61 mg (0.52 mmol) of N-acetylglycine are suspended in 2 ml of DMF, 106 μl (0.95 mmol) of 4-methylmorpholine, 66 mg (0.47 mmol) of 1-hydroxybenzotriazole and 184 mg (0.95 mmol) of N-(3-dimethylamino-propyl)-N′-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride are added. The reaction mixture is stirred at room temperature for 10 min, 180 mg (0.48 mmol) of ethyl{3-[3-(4-aminomethylphenyl)-6-oxo-6H-pyridazin-1-ylmethyl]-phenyl}carbamate are subsequently added, and the mixture is stirred at room temperature for 24 h.
