100 mg (3,5-bis-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-pyrazol-1-yl)-acetic acid was dissolved in 2 mL DMF. 165 mg PFTU and 170 μL DIPEA were added to this solution and the mixture was stirred for 15 min at RT. Then, 160 mg 5,6,7,8-Tetrahydro-4H-thiazolo (4,5-d) azepin-2-ylamine hydrobromide was added and the reaction was stirred over night. Then, K2CO3 solution (5%) and CH2Cl2 were added, the organic phase was separated and washed two times with water. The solvent was removed and the residue was purified by HPLC (method 1) to give 78 mg of the desired compound. Rt: 0.80 min (method C), (M+H)+: 466
