To a solution of 6-[5-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-3-methyl-3H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethoxy]-nicotinic acid (94 mg, 0.29 mmol) and TBTU (101 mg, 0.32 mmol) in DMF (1.5 mL) was added DIPEA (245 μL, 1.43 mmol). Then 4-aminotetrahydropyran (56 mg, 0.55 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature under Ar for 1 h. The mixture was then evaporated and purification by chromatography (silica, 50 to 100% ethyl acetate in heptane) afforded the title compound (82 mg, 70%) as a white solid after recrystallisation from methanol/water. MS: m/e=412.2 [M+H]+.
