To a solution of 6-[5-(5-fluoro-pyridin-2-yl)-3-methyl-3H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethoxy]-pyridazine-3-carboxylic acid (50 mg, 0.15 mmol) and TBTU (54 mg, 0.17 mmol) in DMF (2 mL) was added DIPEA (130 μL, 0.76 mmol). Then 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol (16 μL, 0.167 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at room temperature under Ar for 1 h. The mixture was then evaporated and purification by chromatography (silica, 50 to 100% ethyl acetate in heptane) afforded the title compound (56 mg, 92%) as a white foam. MS: m/e=402.4 [M+H]+.
