This was prepared using the same procedure as for 2-(4-(2-amino-5-bromo-3-nitropyridin-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)-N-(thiazol-2-yl)acetamide, but here using 4,5-dichloro-3-nitropyridin-2-amine (75 mg, 0.36 mmol), iPrOH (2 mL), DIPEA (3.5 eq, 1.26 mmol, 0.22 mL) and 1-ethylpiperazine (1.2 eq, 0.43 mmol, 0.05 mL). Concentration in vacuo and purification by preparative tlc (CH2Cl2-MeOH, 95:5) gave the product (32 mg, 31%) as a yellow solid;
