The sub-title compound was prepared in accordance with step (a) Example 24 from 2-ethoxycarbonylmethyl-5-hydroxy-1-(4-isopropoxyphenyl)-indole-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (250 mg, 0.59 mmol, see (b) Example 12), K2CO3 (244 mg, 1.77 mmol), 2-chloro-6-methylnicotinic acid methyl ester (163 mg, 0.88 mmol), 18-crown-6 (16 mg, 0.06 mmol) and DMF (2 mL). The reaction mixture was heated at 90° C. for 4 d and worked-up as described before. Yield 80 mg (32%).
