Procedure

To a solution of example 13 (0.100 g, 0.250 mmol) in DMF (0.7 ml), N-ethyldiisopropylamine (0.064 g, 0.50 mmol) and HATU (0.095 g, 0.250 mmol) were added and stirred for 5 min. Ethylamine hydrochloride (0.020 g, 0.250 mmol) was added at RT and the reaction mixture was stirred for 12 h. Water was added to the reaction mixture and extracted with ethyl acetate, dried over sodium sulphate and concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude product was purified by column chromatography with methanol:dichloromethane to afford the title compound as a yellow solid (0.070 g, 66%). M.P.: 207-209° C. 1H-NMR (δ ppm, DMSO-d6, 400 MHz): 8.88 (dd, J=4.2, 1.7 Hz, 1H), 8.71 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1H), 8.41 (m, 1H), 8.37 (d, J=7.6 Hz, 1H), 8.23 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 8.17 (m, 2H), 8.04 (s, 1H), 8.02 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (dd, J=8.7, 1.9 Hz, 1H), 7.77 (t, J=7.9 Hz, 1H), 7.54 (dd, J=8.3, 4.1 Hz, 1H), 6.23 (s, 2H), 3.29 (m, 2H), 1.4 (t, J=7.2 Hz, 3H).
