A solution of the above crude 1-(1-(4-chlorophenyl)cyclopropyl)-2-diazoethanone (0.050 g, 0.23 mmol), the product from Example 11B (0.0505 g, 0.22 mmol), triethylamine (0.12 mL, 0.86 mmol), and silver benzoate (0.0504 g, 0.220 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) were stirred for 2 hours at 70° C., diluted with EtOAc, washed with saturated aqueous NaHCO3 and brine, dried (Na2SO4), and filtered. The residue was chromatographed on SiO2 (30% EtOAc/hexanes) to give the title compound (23.0 mg, 0.055 mmol) as a white solid: 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 11.56 (s, 1H), 8.41-8.44 (m, 1H), 7.95-8.20 (m, 3H), 7.22-7.42 (m, 4H), 2.72 (d, J=1.0 Hz, 2H), 1.04-1.10 (m, 2H), 0.84-0.90 (m, 2H); MS (ESI+) M/Z 422 (M+H)+, 439 (M+NH4)+.
