HATU (178 mg, 0.469 mmol) was added to a mixture of 2-(4-(pyridin-2-ylamino)phenoxy)nicotinic acid (131 mg, 0.426 mmol) and diisopropylethylamine (148 μL, 0.853 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) and the mixture was stirred at rt for 10 min. Isobutylamine (63.5 μL, 0.639 mmol) was added and the mixture was stirred at rt for 1 h. The mixture was purified by chromatography on silica gel to deliver N-isobutyl-2-(4-(pyridin-2-ylamino)phenoxy)nicotinamide as a white solid. MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z: 363.1 (M+1). IC50 (uM) 0.09344.
