A mixture of 1-chloro-4-{[4-(2-iodoethyl)phenyl]oxy}-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzene (50 mg, 0.117 mmol), K2CO3 (32.4 mg, 0.234 mmol), and 5-(5-pyrimidinylmethyl)-2-thioxo-2,3-dihydro-4(1H)-pyrimidinone (26 mg, 0.118 mmol) in DMF (1 mL) was heated with a microwave reactor at 60° C. for 0.5 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (15 mg, 24.66% yield). LCMS: rt=3.62 min, [M+H+]=519
