To the solution of 2-{4-[(3-chloro-4-methylphenyl)oxy]phenyl}ethyl imidocarbamate (150 mg, 0.359 mmol) and methyl 2-formyl-3-[2-(methyloxy)-5-pyrimidinyl]propanoate (89 mg, 0.395 mmol) in NMP (2 mL), was added K2CO3 (198 mg, 1.436 mmol). The mixture was heated with a microwave reactor at 130° C. for 1 h. Purification via MDAP then afforded the title compound (4 mg, 2.33% yield). LCMS: rt=3.54 min, [M+H+]=479
