A microwave vial was charged with 2-chloro-N-(5-cyclopropyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)pyrimidin-4-amine (160 mg, 0.68 mmol), 296 (800 mg, 5.59 mmol), DIPEA (1 ml), and IPA (5.0 mL), sealed and heated at 120° C. for 18 h. It was concentrated and purified by SiO2 chromatography, and then preparative HPLC to afford 30 mg (12%) of I-33 as white solid.
