By substantially following the procedure of Example 608a using 29 g of 2-bromo-4'-propoxyacetophenone (Example 585b), 10 g of 1,2,4-triazole, 15 g (116 mmole) of diisopropylethylamine, and 100 ml of tetrahydrofuran, 8.4 g of the desired compound, mp 97°-99° C., was obtained.
