0.003 g of sodium hydride is added to a solution of 0.008 g of 4-piperidinopiperidine in 0.5 cm3 of THF, at a temperature in the region of 20° C. The reaction medium is stirred at room temperature for 20 minutes. 0.04 g of methanesulfonic acid 2-(5,6-dimethoxy-1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-1-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrid-4-ylmethyl ester is added. The reaction medium is heated at 60° C. for 3 hours. After cooling, the reaction medium is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue obtained is taken up in 2 cm3 of water and 3 cm3 of ethyl acetate. After separation of the phases by settling, the organic phase is dried over magnesium sulfate, filtered and then concentrated under reduced pressure. After purification by flash-pack chromatography (SiO2, dichloromethane/methanol 90/10 by volume as eluent), 0.026 g of 1′-[2-(5,6-dimethoxy-1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-1-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrid-4-ylmethyl][1,4′]bipiperidyl is obtained, the characteristics of which are as follows:
