Lithium hydroxide monohydrate (14 mg, 0.34 mmol) was added to a solution of methyl 4-[7-(1-quinolin-6-ylcyclopropyl)imidazo[1,2-b][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl]benzoate (30.0 mg, 0.07 mmol) in THF (0.3 mL), methanol (0.3 mL), and water (0.2 mL). The mixture was stirred at RT for 2 h and adjusted to pH 2 with conc. HCl. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was dried to provide the crude product which was directly used in the next step without further purification. LCMS: (M+H)=408.1.
