DIAD (1.41 ml) was added to a solution of 4-chloro-5-iodo-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine (1.00 g), N-Boc-3-hydroxyazetidine (930 mg), and triphenylphosphine (1.85 g) in tetrahydrofuran (40 ml), and the reaction mixture was stirred for 1 hour. After concentrating, the reaction mixture was washed with ethyl acetate to obtain the title compound as a white solid (1.07 g). Physical properties: m/z [M+H]+ 435.0
