To a solution of 101i (270 mg, 0.38 mmol) in propan-2-ol (8 mL), tetrahydrofuran (8 mL), and water (1.5 mL) was added LiOH (914 mg, 38 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 30° C. for 2 h. It was evaporated and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to give 101 (127 mg, yield 50%) as a white solid.
