A mixture of 4-({[4-chloro-2-({[4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]sulfonyl}amino)phenyl]sulfanyl}methyl)benzoic acid (98 mg, 0.18 mmol), glycine t-butyl ester (36 mg, 0.27 mmol), 4-methyl morpholine (60 μl, 0.55 mmol) and EDC (53 mg, 0.27 mmol) in DMF (3 ml) was stirred at room temperature overnight. The reaction was quenched with water and extracted with EtOAc (2×5 ml). The combined organic layer was washed with brine, dried over Na2SO4, and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by flash column chromatography on silica gel (30%-100% EtOAc in hexane) to afford the title compound (92 mg, 78%).
