An amount of 50 mg (0.13 mmol) of the compound from Example 21A was introduced in 1 ml of DMF and admixed with 20 mg (0.15 mmol) of HOBt and with 31 mg (0.16 mmol) of EDC. After 10 minutes of stirring at RT, 14.5 μl (0.14 mmol) of 2-methylpropan-2-amine were added and the mixture was stirred further at room temperature for 16 h. Subsequently the reaction solution was diluted with about 5 ml of water and the precipitate formed was filtered and washed with water. Drying under reduced pressure gave 37 mg (66% of theory) of the target compound.
