A solution of 2-morpholinoethanamine (0.90 g, 6.91 mmol), 1,2-difluoro-4-nitrobenzene (1.10 g, 6.91 mmol) and Et3N (1.40 g, 13.82 mmol) in EtOAc (10 mL) was refluxed under N2 for 24 h, then cooled to rt and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by a silica gel column chromatography (PE/EtOAc (V/V)=4:1) to give the title compound as yellow oil (1.57 g, 84%).
