1-(2-chloropyridin-4-yl)-3-(4-cyclopropylpyridin-3-yl)imidazolidin-2-one (I-39a: 220 mg, 0.7 mmol) was reacted with cyclopropyl boronic acid (72 mg, 0.84 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (41 mg, 0.035 mmol), potassium carbonate (194 g, 1.4 mmol) and xylene (10 mL) in seal tube at 125° C. for 14 hours. Purification by column chromatography on silica gel (1% methanol in chloroform) afforded 75 mg of the product (33.48% yield).
