A solution of 3-(7-chloropyrido[4,3-b]pyrazin-5-ylamino)propanoic acid (2.22 mmol), HATU (2.66 mmol), DIPEA (6.65 mmol) and NH4Cl (4.43 mmol) in THF (10 mL) was stirred at room temperature overnight. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue was treated with water. The precipitates were collected by filtration and dried to give the title compound. MS (m/z): 252 (M+H)+.
