To a solution of 0.200 g (0.452 mmol) of the product of Example 336 in 5.0 mL of dry THF was added 0.022 g (0.543 mmol) of 60% sodium hydride followed by 0.028 mL of iodomethane. The reaction was stired at room temperature for 18 h and then diluted with ethyl acetate. The organics were washed with water and brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was chromatographed on silica gel eluting with EtOAc to provide 0.057 g (28%) of the methyl ether as ayellow solid. Electrospray Mass Spec: 457.3 (M+H)+.
