Procedure
Prepared from methyl 3-(2-(3-(methylthio)-6-(morpholine-4-carbonyl)-1H-indol-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-yl)benzoate (precursor of example 192) in two reaction steps comprising an ester hydrolysis with potassium trimethylsilanolate in THF and water and an oxidation of the thioether with hydrogen peroxide in acetic acid. White solid. Yield: 90 mg. Melting range: 230-235° C.
