A solution of Intermediate 79e (160 mg, 0.291 mmol), (5-tert-butyl-2-p-tolyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-carbamic acid 2,2,2-trichloro-ethyl ester (Synthetic Communications, 2009, 39, 3999-4009, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety; 176 mg, 0.437 mmol) and DIPEA (150 mg, 1.16 mmol) in DMF (4 mL) was stirred at 50° C. for 1 h. The reaction mixture was diluted with EtOAc and washed with water (2×), brine, dried (MgSO4), filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by FCC, using 0-10% (2M NH3 in MeOH) in DCM, to give the title compound (210 mg, 93%). LCMS (Method 4): Rt 5.32 min, m/z 805 [MH+].
