To a solution of 1-(4-amino-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)-3,3-dimethylpyrrolidin-2-one hydrochloride (50 mg), 6-acetylpyridine-2-carboxylic acid (37 mg) and HATU (101 mg) in DMF (3.0 mL) was added ethyldiisopropylamine (71 μL) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred for 20 hr. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, and water was added thereto. The extract was washed with water and saturated brine, dried over sodium sulfate, and concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (ethyl acetate/hexane) to give the title compound (74 mg).
