Procedure

The title compound was prepared by reacting the compound of Example 98, supra, (1.89 g, 5.01 mmol) with 1-methyl-piperazine (65 ml) in the presence of N,N-diisopropylethyl amine (4 ml) and N,N-dimethylformamide (100 ml) under nitrogen atmosphere. This reaction mixture was heated to 50° C. and stirred overnight at that temperature. The compound was purified essentially as described in Example 99, supra. NMR, IR, MS 440, 441, mp 91° C.
