To a solution of 1-phenyl-5-(3-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl)-1H-pyrazol-3-ylamine (40 mg) prepared according to the same procedures as Preparation 2 in N,N-dimethylformamide (0.3 ml) were sequentially added (R)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid (24 mg) prepared in Preparation 5, HOBt.H2O (29 mg) and WSC.HCl (36 mg), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. To this reaction solution were added a saturated aqueous solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate and water, and the mixture was stirred. The insoluble substance was collected by filtration, washed with water, and dried under reduced pressure to give the titled compound (45 mg).
