Procedure

N,N-Diisopropylethylamine (3 eq) was added to a solution of 2-(1H-benzotriazole-1-yl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate (1.5 eq), 1-hydroxybenzotriazole hydrate (1.5 eq), benzylamine (2 eq) and the product of Example 1, step c) (1 eq) in DMF (20 ml). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 hours then added dropwise to stirred acidic ice-water. The subtitle compound was isolated by filtration.
