Procedure

A mixture of 749 mg of the compound obtained in Example 7, 207 mg of potassium carbonate and 5 ml of anhydrous DMF was heated at 80° C. for 8 hours. The mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, and the resulting mixture was washed with water and dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure. The residue was purified through silica gel column chromatography to yield 455 mg of the titled compound.
