250 μl 1 mol/L lithium his (trimethylsilyl) amide solution in THF was added to 29 mg 2-bromo-1-(4-pyridin-2-yl-piperazin-1-yl)-ethanone in 1 mL DMF. The mixture was stirred 10 min at RT and 28 mg 4-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-2-phenyl-1H-imidazole was added. The reaction was stirred 2 h at 60° C. The mixture was purified by HPLC to give 30 mg desired product.
