After adding 5 ml of trifluoroacetic acid to 340 mg of tert-butyl 4-(((6-cyano-4-(4-(((cyclopropylamino)carbonyl) amino)-3-fluorophenoxy)-7-quinolyl)oxy)methyl)-1-piperidinecarboxylate, the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 7minutes. Saturated sodium bicarnobate water and ethyl acetate were added to the reaction solution for extraction. The ethyl acetate layer was washed with brine and dried over sodium sulfate. The drying agent was filtered off and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure to obtain 320 mg of a light yellow solid.
