2-Chloro-6-fluoro-4-(1H-pyrazol-5-yl)benzonitrile (0.74 g, 3.3 mmol) was reacted with (S)-(−)-2-tert-butoxycarbonylamino)-1-propanol (0.88 g, 5.0 mmol) in the presence of triphenylphosphine and DIAD using the method of Example 99. After Boc-deprotection 0.45 g (49%) of the title compound was obtained. 1H-NMR (400 MHz; d6-DMSO): δ 0.95 (d, 3H), 3.17-3.28 (m, 1H), 4.01 (dd, 2H), 7.03 (d, 1H), 7.85-7.91 (m, 2H), 7.99 (m, 1H).
