The product from Example 44B (1.15 g, 3.22 mmol) was reacted with 4-mercapto-phenol (403 mg, 3.22 mmol) and K2CO3 (890 mg, 6.44 mmol) in 25 mL of DMF at 80° C. for 18 h. Cooled to room temperature and poured into water. Extracted with CH2Cl2 and washed several times with water. Dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated under vacuum giving the title compound (980 mg, 68%).
