To a stirred solution of 3-{5-amino-4-[3-(2-bromoethoxy)-benzoyl]-pyrazol-1-yl}-N-cyclopropyl-4-methyl-benzamide (24 mg, 0.05 mmol) and 4-chlorophenol (128 mg, 1 mmol) in DMF (1 mL), was added K2CO3 (138 mg, 1 mmol) and the mixture was stirred at 100° C. for 2 h. The mixture was cooled and the solids were filtered off. The filtrated was concentrated and purified by preparatory HPLC, to provide the product as a beige solid (10 mg, 38%). HPLC (4 minute 10-90 gradient) tR 2.77 min; MS m/z 531.21 [M+H]+.
