Procedure
N-[3-(3-Aminopropyl)-4-(4-bromophenyl)-thiazol-2(3H)-ylidene]aniline hydrochloride (730 mg) obtained in Example 132 and triethylamine (0.77 ml) were dissolved in N,N-dimethylformamide (5 ml), and thereto were added dropwise acetic anhydride in an ice bath under nitrogen atmosphere. The mixture was stirred at the same temperature for 2 hours, and thereto was added a saturated aqueous sodium hydrogen carbonate solution, and then the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layer was washed with a saturated brine, dried over sodium sulfate, and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure. The residue was crystallized from isopropyl alcohol to give the title compound (580 mg).
