To a solution of 8-(3-(S)-amino-3-phenylpropyl)-3-(4-bromobenzyl)-1,3,8-triaza-spiro[4.5]decane-2,4-dione (60 μmol) in anhydrous DMF (1 mL) was added triethylamine (10 μL, 72 μmol) and ethane sulfonyl chloride (68 μL, 72 μmol). The reaction mixture was agitated overnight at room temperature and then concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by semi-preparative HPLC (Method D) and lyophilized to give the Compound 94 as a colorless solid (4.5 mg, 13%).
