100 mg of methyl 4-[[2-amino-5-[5-(morpholinomethyl)-2-thienyl]pyridine-3-carbonyl]amino]pyridine-3-carboxylate (MSC 2392368) are dissolved in 4 ml THF and 4 ml of methylamine (40% in water) are added. The mixture is stirred for 2 h at room temperature. The mixture is evaporated and treated with petrol ether and ethyl acetate. After filtration 79 mg of a yellow solid is obtained;
