To a solution of 2-(8-((3,4-difluorobenzyl)oxy)-6-oxo-2,3,4,6-tetrahydro-1H-pyrimido[1,6-a]pyrimidin-1-yl)acetic acid (300 mg, 0.854 mmol), Hunig's base (0.597 mL, 3.42 mmol) and HATU (487 mg, 1.281 mmol) in tetrahydrofuran (10 mL) was added propan-1-amine (76 mg, 1.281 mmol). The reaction mixture was stirred at 20° C. for 2 hours. The solution was concentrated and purified by MDAP, to afford title compound (20 mg, 0.049 mmol, 5.69% yield).
