The resultant compound from Example 34 (610 mg, 1.84 mmol) in dimethylformamide (10 ml) was treated with NaI (33 mg, 0.22 mmol) and morpholine (0.60 ml, 6.88 mmol). After 2 h the mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with water and brine, and then dried over Na2SO4, and evaporated. Chromatography of the residue on silica gel with 60% ethyl acetate/40% hexane afforded 460 mg (65%) of an oil. 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ7.05-7.40 (m,10H), 5.11 (d,1H), 5.06 (d,1H), 3.68 (m,4H), 3.22-3.32 m,1H), 3.15 (d,1H), 3.08 (d,1H), 3.05 (m,1H), 2.87 (dd,1H), 2.77 (dd,1H), 2.35-2.50 (m,5H).
