From 1,4-dioxaspiro[4.5]decane-7-carboxylic acid (Example A, Step A) (10 g), triethylamine (8 g), isobutyl chloroformate (7.9 g) and 1-(2-pyridyl)piperazine (8.3 g) using the procedure of Example A, Step B is obtained 9.8 g of the title compound as an oil.
