Procedure
This compound was prepared according to the procedure used to synthesize the compound of Example 11. A mixture of 1.5 g (0.009 mole) of 1,1'-carbonyldiimidazole, 0.8 g (0.009 mole) of unsym-dimethylethylenediamine and 1.7 g (0.009 mole) of 1-(2-fluorophenyl)piperazine in a total volume of 200 ml of tetrahydrofuran gave an oil as residue. The hydrochloride was formed in ethereal hydrogen chloride and the collected solid was recrystallized from methanol-water-ethyl ether to give the title compound as a white crystalline solid, m.p. 146°-150° C.
