To a solution of 4-[6-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-2-oxo-2H-quinolizin-1-yl]-3,5-difluorobenzoic acid (Example 38) in NMP was added EDC, HOBT and ammonium hydroxide. After reaction complete, the mixture was concentrated and purified by reverse phase chromatography (10-100% ACN in H2O, Kromisil, C8, 30×100 mm) to give the title compound.
