351 mg (1 mmol) of 5-aminomethyl-7-bromo-2,3-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline hydrochloride, (Example 2) 217 mg (1.5 equiv.) of fumaric acid monoethyl ester, 0.210 ml of triethylamine, 383 mg (2 equiv.) of N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N'-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride and 270 mg (2 equiv.) of 1-hydroxy-benzotriazole are stirred at 20° C. in dried dimethylformamide for 18 hours. The mixture is poured into 700 ml of water and 3 ml of 1 N hydrochloric acid and stirred for 15 minutes. The solid is filtered off, washed with water and dried.
