The product from step d.) (45 mg, 0.103 mmol) was dissolved in DMF (1 mL), treated with K2CO3 (20 mg, 0.145 mmol), benzyl bromide (25 μL, 0.206 mmol), and stirred at 80° C. for 3.5 hours. The reaction mixture was partitioned between ethyl acetate and water. The organic layer was washed several times with water and concentrated under reduced pressure to give the sub-title compound that was used in crude form without purification.
