To a stirred solution of 6-cyano-1-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-1H-indazole-4-carboxylic acid (0.040 g, 0.14 mmol) in DMF (15 mL) was added PyBOP (0.1 g, 0.2 mmol) and triethylamine (0.04 g, 0.3 mmol) at room temperature. After 15 minutes, 4-aminomethyl-N-(1-methyl-piperidin-4-yl)-benzenesulfonamide (0.05 g, 0.16 mmol) was added. After 5 hours, the mixture was diluted with water (30 mL) and ethyl acetate (30 mL). The organic layer separated and washed with brine (20 mL), dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with a gradient of 30-50% ethyl acetate in hexanes to afford the title compound.
