To the solution of methyl glycinate hydrochloride (0.36 g, 2.89 mmol) in N,N-dimethylformamide was added triethylamine (0.59 g, 5.78 mmol) at 0° C. Then 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl carbodiimide hydrochloride (0.40 g, 1.73 mmol), 4-[3-(3,4,5-trichlorophenyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrol-5-yl]-2-(trifluoromethyl)benzoic acid (0.73 g, 1.44 mmol) was added to the solution. Reaction mixture was stirred for overnight at room temperature. The reaction mixture was diluted with t-BuOMe, washed with H2O, and dried over MgSO4. After evaporation, the residue was purified by column chromatography (0.13 g, 16%).
